Refund policy

 

Shipping and delivery charges are not refundable. Food baskets are not returnable due to health and safety concerns. Non-perishable gifts may be exchanged by the recipient. 

Please report any damaged shipment to us within 2 business days of a your product arriving. If a gift box arrives damaged, we will be more than happy to arrange an exchange replacement.

 

Please call us at 647.776.5736 or email us at sugarchiccandy@gmail.com to arrange for a replacement. Please be sure to keep all damaged packaging. Once the item has been received by us, we will issue a replacement. We are not responsible for damages that are not reported to us within 2 business days.
